- Manage conflicts among inmates using effective conflict management techniques.
- Respond to emergencies, including medical situations, utilizing CPR and first aid skills as necessary.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) to observe inmate behavior and identify potential security threats.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of inmate interactions and incidents for reporting purposes.
