Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Hands-on experience with CNC, lathes, and aerospace manufacturing.
- 7 years in manufacturing operations, with 5 years in leadership.
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience in managing manufacturing operations with a minimum of 150 personnel.
