Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Annually based on experience Bonus Structure
Employment Type - Full-Time Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties such as creating emails and correspondence, filing, photocopying/scanning, data entry, managing phone calls, travel schedules, database maintenance, file creation, etc.
- Manage software systems and website for the Team.
- Listing Coordination duties include pre-consultation prep for Executive, creating the MLS listing, preparing marketing materials and campaigns and client communication.
- Marketing duties include working with Executive to create and execute social media and print campaigns, listing materials and company branded items. Maintain, revise, and implement monthly marketing plan.
- Onboard new agents to the team and oversee agent accountability.
- Provide confidential, comprehensive executive support and assistance to the Executive as well as support the needs of the Team.
- Attend group meetings and lead as needed. Includes daily team huddle, monthly coaching meeting, bi-weekly marketing meeting and regular training seminars.
- Prepare agendas, take and create accurate minutes.
- Provide information by researching, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data as required.
- Support special projects, promotions, and/or programs, as needed or assigned.
- Plan and coordinate events and client appreciation efforts.
- Proactively manage and optimize Executives’ time, travel, and meeting attendance.
- Keep Executive on Task during day.
- Assist with business and personal errands.
- Assist with Team Training and classes.
Skills and Experience:
- An active Washington Real Estate License is preferred, but not required.
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized individual.
- Proficient in MS-Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Suite. Desired experience in Real Estate CRM, Social Media Advertising, and Canva, but not required.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and independent projects simultaneously in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- The candidate must be a team player, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to deal with all confidential issues accordingly.
- Proactive/willingness to ask questions and push initiatives forward.
- Quick learner who is positive, coachable, and smart.
- Creativity and a sense of humor are also a plus!
