What are the responsibilities and job description for the NG911 Senior Business Analyst position at Donnelly & Moore Corporation?
Our government client in Brooklyn, NY is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with NG911 experience. This will be 5 days a week onsite for 12 months.
Normal business hours Monday-Friday 35 hours/week (not including mandatory unpaid meal break after 6 hours of work).
Job Description
Justification: Senior Business Analyst
- Manage the implementation and execution of the requirements management process, including elicitation, analysis, and verification of requirements.
- Validate test cases properly map to requirements in the Requirements Verification and Traceability Matrix; ensure testable verifiable requirements are accounted for throughout all test phases of the NG9-1-1 program.
- Validate test procedures are comprehensive and accurately execute their associated test cases; provide real-time feedback on test procedures during vendor dry-runs and execution of the various test phases of the NG9-1-1 program.
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client, project team, and executive level.
- Partner with Agencies to develop effective User Acceptance Test scripts
SCOPE OF SERVICES

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

At least 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst; Mandatory
Requirements Elicitation:
Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business requirements.
Using various techniques (brainstorming, use cases, etc.) to elicit comprehensive requirements. Mandatory
Testing and Validation:
Participating in the validation and testing of developed solutions against requirements.
Ensuring that deliverables meet the specified criteria. Mandatory
Documentation:
Writing clear and detailed requirement documents. Creating use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams to articulate requirements. Mandatory
Data Analysis:
Analyzing data to support requirements and decision- making. Mandatory
