We're looking to add a PART-TIME General Maintenance Mechanic to our team in Culpeper, VA. This is an 8 hour shift as needed Saturday OR Sunday. The facility we're managing has just over 400,000 square feet, at which you can help us perform the following:Â

Responsibilities
We're looking to add a PART-TIME General Maintenance Mechanic to our team in Culpeper, VA. This is an 8 hour shift as needed Saturday OR Sunday. The facility we're managing has just over 400,000 square feet, at which you can help us perform the following:Â
- Assist in preventive maintenance program for building systems - i.e. Cooling towers, Boilers, Chillers, Sprinkler systemsÂ
- ReplacingÂ
- Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets painting structures and equipment
- Repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks
- Replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles, hanging doors and installing door locks, replacing broken window panes
- Performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery
- 3-5 years as a commercial/large facility building maintenance mechanicÂ
- Practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry,
- EPA Universal License (CFC)Â
