We are seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join our team!
Position Summary :
Ensure a pleasant and efficient breakfast experience for guests by preparing serving stations and serving food, maintaining the breakfast area, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serving Station Preparation : Prepare area and set up breakfast items, ensuring all food is fresh, properly presented, and replenished as needed.
- Guest Interaction : Greet guests warmly, answer questions about breakfast offerings, and assist with any special requests.
- Cleanliness : Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
- Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels of breakfast items and supplies, and communicate needs to the supervisor.
- Health and Safety : Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food is handled and stored properly.
- Customer Service : Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
