Full or Part-Time Physical Plant Manager
Job Summary:
Regional law firm seeks an experienced individual to join our team in Exeter, NH as a Physical Plant Manager. This individual will serve an essential role helping perform routine non-janitorial maintenance on office locations in Exeter and Concord, NH, as well as at the Managing Partners home in nearby Stratham, NH. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have basic Handyman knowledge. This candidate will be skilled in a wide range of areas, but they will also be able to recognize when a repair is outside of their skill set and make a recommendation to their supervisor, hire a professional and supervise the work.

Job Types: Full or Part-Time (15-20 Hours per Week)
Salary: Up to $30 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine office maintenance tasks, including but not limited to changing HVAC filters, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, replacing broken lightbulbs, troubleshooting, assembling, repairing, maintaining furniture, equipment, and landscaping.
- Respond promptly to office maintenance requests from three regional offices.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Schedule standard maintenance on company vehicles and bring for service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience preferred.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to lift 50 Lbs. or more, and engage in physical activities such as walking, crouching, bending, and carrying.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- The ability to assist out of state offices 2-3 times per year (Paid Travel).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
