Data Systemsand Analytics Manager :
This positionis responsible for leading and managing a team to align and integrate datasystems, analytics, and statistical applications within the organization. TheData Systems and Analytics Manager will give guidance to and settingexpectations for the individual performance of the Data Systems and Analyticsteam regarding reporting workflows, use of reporting mechanisms, application ofanalytics methodology, statistical modeling, and alignment with the prioritiesof organizational leadership and strategic planning and innovation programs.The scope of team oversight includes ensuring data and information reported tointernal and external partners is functioning optimally and systematicallythrough report building, data mapping, and organizing and prioritizingreporting through the managed use of SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.The position will partner with leadership, Information Technology, andmulti-department stakeholders to deliver comprehensive analytics and to driveorganizational innovation. The position will support performance and clinicalresearch through industry approved statistical application. The Data Systemsand Analytics Manager will work in close collaboration with other teams whofocus on process and outcome verification, process improvement initiatives, anddata integration within administrative departments, as well as the tissue andorgan work systems. The Data Systems and Analytics Manager will support theoverarching Business Intelligence program as directed by the Director ofBusiness Intelligence and the VP of Development and Referral Services, adheringto all established standard operating procedures, as well as federal and stateregulations.
PositionResponsibilities :
Department Administration :
Hires, trains, evaluates, coaches, supports, and motivates direct reporting employees in alignment with HR09 Management Responsibilities for Employment Personnel and DNA Core Values.
Facilitates regular staff meetings.
Completes timely and effective 1 on 1 check-ins, formal check-ins, and annual evaluation in alignment with DNA's performance management procedure.
Performs other administrative duties as assigned by department director.

Department Strategy :
Partners with department director in the formulation of overall department strategy, tactics, goals, and priorities.
Is the primary executor of the strategy and direction set out by the department director with minimal need for tactical direction setting from department director.
Ensures day-to-day operations of department staff are aligned with the overall department strategy as set by the department director.
Manages all aspects of the team focused on data analysis and data systems development to include collecting, analyzing, modeling, and interpreting data for effectiveness and relevancy.
Drives team performance in assessing data or information by identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information and breaking down information or data into separate parts.
Leads department staff to transform functional business requirements through the lens of project management into complex reports, dashboards, and scorecard solutions in SSRS and BI software reporting and visualization solutions to focus on data story telling.
Gives guidance, instruction, and performance requirements to statisticians and BI analysts in keeping with industry and technology best practices.
Grows DNA's data knowledge framework byworking with leadership, Information Technology, and data department team members to develop the data warehouse and BI solutions through SQL Server tools such as SSIS, SSAS, SSRS.
Provides expertise across the enterprise regarding data systems to build a data driven culture.
Works with other department staff to train and develop non-technical analytics and report users to utilize dashboards and other reporting solutions.
Supports Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Innovation strategies through initiative implementation, industry ingenuity and innovation, and multi-departmental improvement priorities.
Performs other duties as assigned / needed.
Qualifications : MinimumEducation :
Bachelor degreewith coursework in Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, Statistics orrelated field
MinimumQualification s :
6 Years ofadvanced experience with BI analytics solutions (DundasBI, Tableau, Qlik, orPowerBI)
3 Years ofProject Management experience
3 Yearsexperience in leading workplace teams
Advancedknowledge and experience using SQL Server tools, such as SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
Advancedknowledge in mathematics, statistics, quantitative research methods, and datascience
Demonstratedknowledge managing complex database systems and / or data warehouses
Possess stronganalytical and organizational skills
Demonstratedknowledge of coding languages such as Python or R.
Experiencecoaching, supporting, or training technical staff and / or end users
Stronginterpersonal, collaboration, a
Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, Statistics or related field nd communication skills
Ability tomanage several tasks / projects concurrently and prioritize work effectively
