About the Project Manager :
The Project Manager leads cross-functional teams in managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time and within budget. This role is responsible for identifying potential projects, contributing to their design and approval, and aligning them with strategic organizational goals. The Project Manager develops and executes detailed project plans, coordinates cross-departmental activities, manages resources and ensures compliance with Project Management Office (PMO) guidelines and standards. Creates and manages detailed project documentation, including plans, status reports and post-project evaluations, to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
Project Leadership & Coordination - Lead complex, multi-departmental initiatives, ensuring timely execution, resource alignment, and strategic impact. Drive high-level project discussions, resolve challenges, and oversee execution from initiation to completion.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement - Develop and implement change management strategies, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth adoption of organizational initiatives through targeted communication.
Strategic Integration & Executive Reporting - Align projects with organizational goals, provide strategic guidance to leadership, and deliver high-impact reports that drive informed decision-making.
PMO Integration & Process Improvement - Play a key role in shaping the PMO by championing best practices, standardizing processes, and contributing to the development of a scalable, efficient project management framework.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in project management, business, communications, or a related field.
3 years of experience coordinating projects or related work and proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Education / Certifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) or other project management certification
Master's degree in project management, business, communications, or a related field
Training in management methodologies
Preferred Experience
5 years of experience as a project manager or similar role
Experience in healthcare or organ donation fields
