About the Supply Associate :
The Supply Associate isprimarily responsible for the checking in of supplies, stocking supplies,rotation of supplies, entering supplies into DNA's supply management system andensuring a clean and safe working environment. The Supply Associate shall alsoperform other duties as requested.
Essential Functions
Ensure all supply processes are consistent with all policies and procedures asoutlined in DNA Standard Operation Procedures. (SOPs)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by ensure the receiving area,clinical storage and non-clinical storage areas are clean and organized.
Report all malfunction supplies and / or equipment to the Tissue ServicesSupervisor and / or Supplies & Facilities Supervisor.
Report all damaged supplies during receiving and check-in to the Supplies &Facilities Supervisor or designee.
Coordinate with the Supplies& Facilities Supervisor and Purchasing Coordinator to monitor clinicalsupply inventory to ensure supplies are maintained at established levels.
Perform incoming / receiving inspection of supplies and document within the BTMsupply inventory system.
Ensure management of recovery supply inventory follows the First to expireFirst out (FEFO) strategy.
Perform stocking of supplies ineach supply storage area to recommended par levels.
Responds to internal clientinquiries regarding supply ordering, stock, missing supplies, etc. promptly andeffectively.
Coordinates with departmentsfor transporting of supplies that are received. Transports supplies that arereceived to location in the building upon request
Assembles kits per kit templatespecifications and ensures that all kits are completed with accuracy.
Requirements : High School Diploma
1 - 3 years of supply management experience
DonorNetwork of Arizona is a drug free workplace.
Salary : $20 - $22
