What We Do :

DonorAtlas builds software that empowers organizations to efficiently find and research donors, democratizing access to capital for social good. Our users are people who want to make the world a better place–primarily nonprofit and political organizations.

We started in early 2024 with a team of three; we launched in May, raised our seed round in September

Take full ownership of a key product module from concept to launch

Collaborate closely with our small, technical team and report directly to the CTO & CEO

Work daily from our NYC office (330 7th Ave, in Chelsea)

What We're Looking For :

Experienced in delivering and owning software projects

Able to fearlessly tackle problems in domains with no prior experience

Thinks outside of the context of what has been

Willing to think laterally and contribute to business discussions

Passionate about the role of nonprofits & political organizations in society

Must be in-person in NYC for the summer (June-August, exact dates are flexible)

Must be authorized to work in the United States

We value experience & skills over formal education or any specific degree

Our Hiring Process :

A 30-minute call with our CEO to assess cultural fit and initial interest

A 15-minute technical screen with an engineer to assess technical fit

One hour where you'll show something you’ve built and complete a coding task

Spend 1-2 PAID days remotely working on a trial task, presenting your final results to the entire leadership team
