Job Description:
As a Remodeling Technician, you will play a vital role in executing all aspects of commercial construction. You will work closely with our project managers and clients to ensure that every job is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks such as demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, and flooring.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project specifications and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide updates on project progress.
- Assist in troubleshooting and solving issues that arise during the process.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude (do not apply if your glass is not half full).
- Proven experience in commercial construction.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of building materials and techniques.
