Production Coordinator Assistant
Donovan Contracting is seeking a long-term and career dedicated Production Coordinator. This is an entry level position and training will be provided that is specific to our operation. The Production Coordinator will work directly and with the guidance of the Owner, the Business Development Manager, and the Office Manager. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, attention to detail, the ability to keep track of multiple data streams simultaneously, a positive attitude, punctuality, a professional appearance and demeanor, organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work. In addition, this position is very dynamic and demanding, high in intensity, fast paced, and high energy is expected.
Experience with other related positions within construction, landscaping or dispatched service work is a plus.

MSO Applications Proficient
Computer Skills
Typing – 40 wpm
MS Teams - a plus
Duties Include:
Assist with all tasks as needed
Scheduling appointments
Client communication
Keep the project dashboard up to date
Keep track of budgets in real time and sharing data across company platforms
Keep the schedule constantly updated. Essential to this position
Mandatory attendance to meetings
Prepare daily “packets” for Project Managers and Foremen
Daily updating of Project Managers’ calendars
Keep financial data up to date and correct
Track truck fleet in real time via GPS system
Track field crews’ hours and payroll reporting
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 4 PM
