RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones, transfer to appropriate team members.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist with other customer services tasks as assigned by Agent.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ideal schedule would 4-5 hours per day, possibly 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm. Flexible on hours.
