We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The Lawn Care Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that residential and commercial properties are well-maintained, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing.
Responsibilities
- Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
- Provide tree care services including pruning and removal as needed.
- Execute groundskeeping tasks such as weeding, mulching, and planting.
- Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and other plants while ensuring proper irrigation.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Build landscape features such as flower beds or retaining walls as required.
- Regularly inspect lawns and landscapes for signs of pests or diseases and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and maintenance.
Skills
- Proficiency in mowing techniques and lawn maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of tree care principles including pruning techniques.
- Experience in groundskeeping with an eye for detail in landscape aesthetics.
- Familiarity with gardening practices including planting, watering, and fertilizing plants.
