About the Role:
As a Driver in the Wholesale Trade industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods to various clients across Iowa. Your primary responsibility will be to transport products from our distribution center to retail locations, maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. You will be expected to manage delivery schedules, communicate effectively with dispatchers, and provide excellent customer service during each delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition. Ultimately, your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items as required.
- Clean background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the wholesale trade or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns.
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
