What You’ll Do:
- Assist operators of heavy machinery by clearing sidewalks, driveways, and other areas using shovels or snow blowers.
- Help maintain equipment by performing basic cleaning and upkeep tasks.
- Follow designated snow removal routes to ensure efficient clearing of all areas.
- Track and report progress using apps/software.
- Communicate with dispatch and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in snow removal or manual labor is a plus, but not required.
- Availability during snowstorms, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
- Basic tech skills for reporting.
