General Manager
Manage all aspects of the back of the house operations including sales and service, quality, cleanliness, controllable profits, labor and food costs, recruitment and retention, training, staff development. Must be willing to travel; possess reliable transportation; 24 hour availability.
Please note, this will primarily be a grave-yard shift position.
Primary Responsibility :
- Responsible for the operation of the back-of-house (donut production and backroom procedures)
- Responsible for taking and recording temperatures of dry yeast-raised mix, water and doughs, weighing and mixing the raw materials according to recipe, rolling and cutting the dough, hand-making other yeast-raised products and placing them on screens to be placed in the proof box (if applicable)
