We’re on the hunt for a friendly, proactive, and detail-obsessed Inside Appointment Setter & Customer Service Representative to be the heartbeat of our front-end communications. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—booking appointments, guiding inquiries, and making sure every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Book/Schedule service and showroom appointments by confidently handling incoming calls, emails, text and online chats.
- Welcome and assist showroom guests with warmth and professionalism—and pitch in with the Sales Team when they need backup.
- Provide accurate, helpful information using our tools and systems—no guessing games here.
- Resolve customer questions with confidence, clarity, and care.
- Perform efficient, accurate data entry to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
- Maintain strong client relationships, offering support before, during, and after the sale.
- Deliver exceptional phone etiquette, because you know that how you say something matters just as much as what you say.

Qualifications
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven sales experience, particularly in construction & home services
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Service Fusion
- Ability to conduct outbound and warm calls effectively
- Experience in data entry and maintaining phone, Text, & Email etiquette
- Skills in negotiation and business development are a plus
