- Customer Appreciation– Without our customers we would be out of business. We need you to provide excellent service and be willing to find new ways to go above and beyond to “WOW” our customers.
- Love the Great Outdoors– Charge up those fit bits because you’ll be doing a lot of walking! Must be able to lift a min of 25lbs - max of 50 lbs
- Must Love Dogs– We will provide dog bite prevention training and you dole out the dog treats and friendly fur greetings.

Responsibilities:
- Patrol and remove pet waste from residential yards and commercial customers common areas.
- Communicates with customers prior to arrival and once service is completed
- Uses company app to mark each job as completed
- Interacts positively with customers as needed and insures customer satisfaction
- Follows all company policies and procedures
- Completes other tasks as required
Abilities:
- Language skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Mathematical skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Reasoning ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to determine solutions for customers
- Great customer service skills
- A personable and professional manner is required in both face-to-face and telephone contact.
- Ability to keep required documents and information confidential
Work Environment:
- Environmental conditions: frequent exposure to pet waste and dogs
- Work is completed entirely outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain and snow
- Noise level is average
Physical Demands:
- The candidate is regularly required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, push, pull, lift, reach, grasp, talk and hear
- Requires daily operation of tools and equipment to carry out essiential functions of the job. Including long handled dustpan and rake. GPS unit. Spray bottles with bleach.
- Type of work and definition: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Vision Requirements: Close and distance vision and ability to focus.
Other Requirements:
- Utilizes DoodyCalls vehicle for assigned route/work assignments
- Position Requires candidate to wear DoodyCalls Uniform during working hours
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean driving record
