Responsibilities include:
- Processing and managing construction documents (subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, etc.) using Vista software.
- Managing bonds, insurance compliance, and lien waivers.
- Preparing closeout books and owner billings.
- Maintaining subcontractor/vendor communication and documentation.
- General administrative tasks (email, forms management, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret documents
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
