3 years senior level management experience is preferred and a friendly, welcoming personality is absolutely required. (AGM Objective below)

Assistant General Manager Objective:
As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving exceptional restaurant operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. This leadership role is about more than just maintaining high standards—it’s about motivating and empowering a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service, top-quality food, in the spirit of hospitality.
asIn this position, you’ll lead the Front of House team, overseeing all aspects of restaurant performance and ensuring alignment with our Standards of Excellence. Your leadership will directly impact guest satisfaction, ensuring each visit exceeds expectations with timely service, impeccable presentation, in a warm, welcoming environment.
With full accountability for the restaurant’s operational performance, you’ll collaborate closely with the General Manager to meet and exceed all business goals. This role is a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills, drive performance, and contribute to the continued success and growth of our restaurant.
