Crew Team Members - Team Leader, Fitters (General Laborers)

• Hiring immediately for full-time positions.
• We operate Mon-Fri (occasionally Sat); shifts start at 7am and average 8-10 hrs.
• Pay Range: $18 hr
• 85% travel; home on the weekends
• All travel accommodations, including hotel & per diem, are paid for by DAWGS

About the position:

• Your crew will primarily service our customers in the following areas: Kansas City, St Louis, Tulsa, Denver, Minneapolis, Memphis and more.
• When working in-town, you will be working out of our warehouse location in North Kansas City
• Travel is required for this position, sometimes for several weeks at a time
• Schedules will be communicated with as much lead time as possible; however, the ability to adjust to changes quickly is required, as customer demands will change priorities weekly.
• Your crew will visit customers' homes and properties to install, remove, or service our security equipment.
• You will be instrumental in helping our customers eliminate break-ins and problems associated with vacant properties.

About you:

• Valid driver's license & clean driving record for the past 2 years (no more than 2 points)
• A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Previous construction, physical labor, and/or driving experience is a major plus
