We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Registration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting insurance and demographic information from patients, assisting them with wayfinding, and ensuring seamless registration processes.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients with registration and wayfinding processes
- Work closely with public and clinical teams to ensure accurate patient care
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous experience in patient registration and/or healthcare reception preferred
Shift and Schedule
This position requires working 32 hours per week, with variable shifts available, including days, PMs, nights, rotating weekends, and holidays. A shift differential of 10% is offered for PM shifts and 17% for night shifts.
