What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Service Representative - Clinic Services/ Women's Health- .8 FTE (32 hours a week) position at Door County Medical Center?
The Patient Service Representative greets patients in a pleasant manner; answer telephone calls in a timely, pleasant, effective manner and knowledge to schedule appointments. Responsible for reception and registration process and performs additional routine clerical duties as needed.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience: Previous experience in patient registration and/or healthcare reception preferred.
Shift: Working 32 hours a week in the Women's Health department. Monday - Friday.
