customer-focused individual to join our team as a Disc Golf Store Clerk. If you’re a disc golf
enthusiast with a passion for excellent customer service, social media, tournament management,

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional, friendly service to customers, helping them find
the right disc golf products, answering questions, and offering expert advice on gear and
techniques.
- Social Media Management: Assist with creating engaging posts, promotions, and
content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to help grow our online
presence and engage with the community.
- Sales Support: Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, upsell
products, and contribute to store sales goals.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a well-organized and stocked inventory, ensuring
shelves are fully stocked, products are displayed neatly, and stock is rotated
appropriately.
- Organization & Cleanliness: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually
appealing for customers. Manage back stock and assist with product organization.
- Self-Motivated: Take initiative in managing day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision,
ensuring that store operations run smoothly.
- Team Collaboration: Work well with other team members, assisting with store
operations, sales goals, and helping with any additional duties as needed.
- Tournament Management: Assist with the planning and execution of in-store or local
disc golf tournaments, including coordinating registration, player packets, and event
logistics. Experience with tournament software (such as Disc Golf Scene or UDisc) is a
plus.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong passion for disc golf and knowledge of the sport and equipment.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Tournament Management Experience: Experience organizing or assisting with disc
golf tournaments, including event logistics, registration, and day-of operations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in social media marketing or content creation.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with tournament management software like Disc Golf Scene or UDisc.
