We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to customers, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first friendly voice our customers hear when they call
- Answer phone calls and help customers schedule service appointments
- Provide clear information with a helpful attitude
- Assist with light dispatching – helping our technicians close out of jobs
- Keep track of daily schedules and follow up with customers as needed
- Work closely with our small, hardworking team to keep things organized
What We’re Looking For:
- A people person who enjoys talking on the phone and helping others
- Good multitasking skills – you can handle calls and scheduling without breaking a sweat
- Comfortable using a computer to log info and manage the schedule (we’ll train you!)
- Someone reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented
- Experience in an office or service-based setting is a bonus, but not required
- Experience with Service Titan and Microsoft a bonus!
