Job Description
This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where you will be responsible for receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and communicating with customers through the app when substitution approvals are needed.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive and stock inventory, monitor product quality and freshness, and follow all HACCP and food-handling processes.
- Pick, Pack, and Sort: Use technology to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers.
- Customer Communication: Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app when substitution approvals are needed.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with safety and security standards.
