About the Role
Job Description:
DashMart is seeking a motivated individual who excels in fast-paced, physical environments. The ideal candidate will actively engage in day-to-day operations and possess great communication skills, with the ability to thrive within a team environment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft.
- Pick, Pack, and Sort: Use technology to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers.
- Customer Delight: Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app when substitution approvals are needed.
- Warehouse Organization and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards.
- Team Player: Contribute to a positive working environment by bringing the DoorDash 'one team, one fight' value to life in all you do.
Responsibilities:
- Runner/Dasher Coordination: Guide Runners and Dashers to pickup locations.
- Food Preparation: Assist in light preparation of hot and/or cold foods and pre-packaging food items for staging and delivery.
Requirements:
- Market Competitive Pay: $15.70 USD per hour.
- Flexible Scheduling: AM/PM/Overnight shifts available.
