Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely receipt and processing of inventory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store employees and management.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize order fulfillment efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or retail environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
