About the Team
Our Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. The growing DoorDash ads business will quickly become the single best place for merchants and brands to market to local customers, in an ecosystem that benefits all parties, and the strategy & operations team is responsible for managing the product strategy and go to market for our ads & promotions products.
About the Role
As the Director, Restaurant Ads & Promos- Strategy & Operations, you will lead a team responsible for setting the strategy, vision and go to market for our ads and promotions offering across our enterprise restaurant businesses. You’ll work cross functionally with the ad sales team, product, marketing, analytics and finance.

- You have experience building and scaling products and businesses; digital advertising experience preferred
- You are a proven leader and collaborator and have built, developed and managed high growth teams across an organization
- You have a proven track record of leading cross functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment
- You are comfortable leveraging data and insights to prioritize the strategy; experience owning a P&L preferred
- You have 12 years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, business development or operations with direct management experience; high growth startup experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
