About the Role
At DashPass, our teams work at the intersection of product and infrastructure to solve key business problems with elegant technical solutions. You will be driving the technical vision and execution of the team while also leading the evolution of DashPass Access Benefits to be a world-class membership program. You will lead a team to build engineering systems that are reliable, highly available, and easily extensible. You will be asked to consider the big picture – collaborating cross-functionally and evaluating and executing on trade-offs to maximize business impact for the company.

We’re excited about you because…
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent
- 7 years of industry experience
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Strong hands-on experience with working with non-technical stakeholders, cross-team collaboration, and building scalable products in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work with product and business partners to collect non-technical requirements to design and build scalable experience solutions.
- Ability to guide and grow an excellent engineering team in a rapidly changing business environment
