About the Role
We are looking for a strong individual contributor Product Owner who will be a member of DoorDash’s Go To Market Technology group, focusing on Quote to Cash platforms. As a Product Owner, you will define the strategy and vision, develop the product roadmap, and drive the execution of scalable, efficient, and compliant platforms that support DoorDash’s revenue operations.
In this role, you will work on mission-critical systems that form the backbone of our Quote to Cash processes, ensuring seamless operations across quoting, contracting, and finance functions.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:
- Own product definition and roadmap, focusing on scalable Quote to Cash platforms, including CPQ, CLM, and Finance to Cash.
- Become an expert in DoorDash’s revenue operations, understanding the needs of cross-functional teams including sales, finance, compliance, and operations.
- Build solutions that streamline contract lifecycle management, automate quoting processes, and ensure financial integrity across our merchant ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across strategy, operations, and finance to align on priorities and drive adoption of new capabilities.
- Partner with engineering and analytics teams to design and implement robust, scalable integrations that support seamless data flow across our ecosystem.
We’re excited about you because:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience (experience in Salesforce CPQ, CLM and Finance to Cash platforms).
- You have a strong understanding of sales processes, particularly quoting, contracting, and financial operations, with an ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- You have demonstrated success in building platforms that improve efficiency, compliance, and user adoption.
- You have excellent communication skills and can navigate discussions with executive stakeholders and technical teams alike.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing speed and agility while maintaining a strategic vision for long-term scalability.
- You take ownership, work independently, and can bring structure to ambiguity, solving complex challenges with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
- You are passionate about DoorDash’s mission and are motivated by the opportunity to build systems that support business growth at scale.
