Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, quality, and training.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality orders accurately and communicating effectively with customers.
- Guide Operations Associates through their shift, ensuring they work safely and productively, and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college diploma preferred.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
- Physical ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
