About the Team
The DoorDash Marketing Operations team’s mission is to efficiently deliver high quality, relevant communications that meet the needs of our audiences, globally. To accomplish this mission, we’re building a team of technical CRM experts who build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. This team is goaled on high quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency so that each campaign reaches the correct audience on-time with excellent craft.
About the Role
As the Project Manager of Campaign Operations, you will own the Campaign production calendar and capacity forecasting for the Consumer Campaign Operations team. You will partner closely with Campaign Operations Managers and the Lifecycle Marketing team to ensure each campaign has the right staffing, has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft. You will be responsible for forecasting the capacity for a 20 person Campaign Ops team and identifying strategies to improve production efficiency each quarter. This role will report to the Cx Campaign Operations Lead.

- Project manage the campaign production calendar and intake process for Consumer CRM (Email, Push, SMS, In-app Notifications).
- Build and project manage the central campaign tracker and ensure Campaign Operators are completing all required QA reviews and approvals prior to launch.
- Partner with the Campaign Ops Manager and Lifecycle Manager to prioritize the Campaign production schedule in-line with business goals and team capacity.
- Own campaign capacity forecasting for the Campaign Ops team to ensure we have sufficient staffing and lead time to meet each campaign deadline.
- Partner with Campaign Operations and Martech to improve the end-to-end campaign development process to drive efficiency and achieve high quality campaign outcomes
We’re excited about you because…
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a Marketing Operations or Project Management role with at least 2 years in a CRM or Lifecycle Marketing role.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Project Management tool (i.e. JIRA/Asana) and Excel is required. Ability to read, write and edit SQL is a plus.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Operational Excellence: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical Proficiency: Ability to use historical data to build a supply forecasting model for campaign production capacity.
- Collaborative Approach: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
