About the Team
Our Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach all DoorDash audiences (consumer, dasher, and merchant). This role will be responsible for supporting marketing analytics and surfacing business insights for our advertisers.
About the Role
In this role, you will partner with Account Management/ Sales teams to support the sales motion by generating customer insights and media optimizations to enable advertisers to grow their businesses with DoorDash’s marketing products. You’ll create campaign reports, analyze campaign effectiveness through lift studies, consolidate trends into case studies, and develop performance benchmarks as we bring new advertisers onboard and drive product adoption.

- You have 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics in an advertising agency, consumer brand or tech company; high growth startup experience preferred
- You can write complex SQL query and consolidate data from multiple sources
- You are proficient in Excel (can maintain large, complex data sets)
- You demonstrate hypothesis-driven problem solving skills
- Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
- You possess strong organization and communication skills to synthesize business insights from data
