About the Team
Our CPG Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising. We provide digital marketing solutions to help CPG brands advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. This role will be responsible for managing our internal and external infrastructure and tools that power client-facing business reporting.
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, highly-motivated individual to support our CPG Ads business. In this role, you’ll be part of our CPG S&O team, supporting our growing sales team to help CPGs measure performance and manage content of their respective brand portfolios. In this role you will serve as “subject matter expert” on the DoorDash unified product library and downstream reporting data, enabling CPGs to successfully grow their brands and manage their presence across DoorDash’s platform. In particular you will
- Learn and improve the content management processes and tools available to advertisers by partnering with our product team to execute our catalog roadmap
- Build scalable data tools to help the CPG sales team monitor advertiser performance and quantify the success of marketing strategies
- Maintain high quality catalog content and accurate reporting data by building robust and accurate processes to manage and monitor content and reporting infrastructure. Root cause and resolve issue flagged by partners
- Scale our library and reporting products across the broad spectrum of CPGs to drive performant advertiser outcomes; as DoorDash continues to grow into new verticals, you will build the path to bring new manufacturers onto our CPG capabilities

We’re excited about you because…
- You have 2 years of experience in catalog operations, consulting, or data science;
- Intermediate to Advanced SQL experience required; you are able to build easy to use data tools for users who aren’t as data savvy
- Have worked in a client facing role and are comfortable sharing data-backed insights and recommendations to external audiences
- You have a proven track record of hitting goals and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment
