About the Role
The Research team is looking for a researcher who will proactively shape insights and innovation within our consumer products team.
Within the Consumer team, this role will span both our core shopping experience and simultaneously flex into new 0-1 ideas, our subscription service, DashPass, and more. If you are passionate about research and being part of a dynamic team, this role is for you!
You will report into our Senior Manager, Research on our Research team in our Product organization. This role is hybrid, 1-2 days a week working from one of our Design hubs.

We're excited about you because…
- You have 5 years of demonstrable experience in quantitative / qualitative research and/or product, UX, or user research, including writing and analyzing surveys.
- You can define research questions and scope, identify appropriate methods, execute studies, and synthesize findings.
- You can proactively work with several functions across the company.
- You are passionate about translating findings into creative and strategic recommendations.
- You excel in a dynamic environment.
- You have an advanced degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology or a related research or scientific field (While this is preferred, it is not required).
