The DashPass team is building the most rewarding membership program for local commerce offering unparalleled savings, best-in-class service, and exclusive access to your neighborhood. This team is building new value at DoorDash through 0-1 bets to help achieve this mission.

About the Role

As a Staff Product Designer on the DashPass team, you will drive the strategy across several initiatives aimed at creating and evolving our membership benefits. You'll craft experiences that showcase our expanding portfolio of services:

• Premium delivery from restaurants and local businesses
• Exclusive discounts and perks
• Partner benefits spanning rideshare, entertainment, and more
• Members-only features that enhance the core DoorDash experience

You will work closely with partners across Product, Data, and User Research to understand the customer's problems and define customer-first solutions that help increase the consumer value of the membership. You will uniquely be responsible for up-leveling the craft and visual execution of the team by defining the DashPass visual language and system within the app.

You will report into Senior Design Manager, DashPass on our Consumer Design team in our Product Design organization. You will have a hybrid work model, with a mix of in-office and remote work. We are looking for candidates near our tech hubs in the SF Bay Area or New York.

• You are an excellent storyteller and thoughtful cross-functional partner, and can articulate complex topics clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• You enjoy solving problems, use a "first principles" approach to Design, and aren’t afraid to try new things to create the future.
