About the Team
The Dasher & Logistics team is responsible for ensuring every delivery is completed with speed, accuracy and a positive Consumer, Merchant and Dasher experience. Dasher & Logistics owns initiatives that touch all parts of the Dasher life cycle ranging from supply & demand, to cost & quality, to Dasher pay, to Dasher retention, to order batching and beyond. We care about metrics like delivery times, cost per order, delivery quality, dasher compensation, and many more!
About the Role
You will play an integral role in building our business strategy in different areas across the Dasher & Logistics pillar. Your primary goal will vary based on the team you join but will focus on different opportunities to improve and optimize the Dasher experience or delivery quality by getting into the weeds and really understanding what’s happening on the ground, developing and testing hypotheses, and scaling that impact through working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Analytics. You will report directly into a Manager or Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team.

- You have 1-2 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, or related experience
- You are able to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset. You can crunch data in SQL/excel independently.
- You love thinking about problems from a first principles approach, and you aren’t afraid to take action and try new things in order to create the future.
- You are able to communicate complex topics in a clear, concise, and thorough way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- You focus on getting stuff done and aren’t afraid to get into the details. No job is beneath you and you lead from the front and with optimism.
- You have a Bachelor's degree
