We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, managing inventory and spoilage, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and Packing Orders: Select products from our shelves and package them for our drivers to deliver to customers.
- Inventory Management: Receive stock deliveries, manage inventory levels, and identify areas for improvement.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by cleaning and organizing the warehouse.
- Delight Customers: Ensure that substitutions are approved with the customer and provide exceptional customer service.
