Job Description
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality orders for our customers. Your key tasks will include:
- Picking and packing orders. You'll pick orders from the app, pack them carefully, and hand them off to our drivers.
- Inventory management. You'll accurately receive and manage inventory, ensuring all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft.
- Warehouse organization. You'll maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Customer satisfaction. You'll ensure substitutions are approved with the customer.
- A safe and respectful work environment. You'll engage in professional and respectful interactions with team members and customers, maintaining a positive and safe atmosphere in the warehouse.

We're Looking for
- A self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented individual
- Someone with a proven track record of success in a retail environment
- Able to be on their feet and handle warehouse duties including lifting up to 40 pounds
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
