Seasonal Warehouse Operations Associate
Job Description:
- Inventory and Spoilage Management. Manage stock receivables and inventory, including tracking shelf life.
- Receiving Inventory. Unload inventory from trucks and onto warehouse shelves.
- Batching and Preparing Orders. Identify incoming orders, pick, pack and organize them into batches.
- Order Staging and Handoff. Assist the order pick-up process by handing off orders to drivers.
- Warehouse Organization. Clean, organize, and maintain operational standards in the warehouse.
- Delight Customers. Ensure that all substitutions are approved by the customer, and the correct orders are sent to the right customers on time.Requirements:
- Self-motivated, energetic team player with a customer first mentality
- Proven track record of success in a retail environment
- Familiarity with technology (Google Sheets or Excel) and online chat systems.
- Proven track record of success in a warehouse environment, including inventory unloading and management
- Ability to be on your feet and handle warehouse duties, including lifting up to 40 pounds (with or without accommodations).
- Agility to handle different task assignments throughout the day
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Agility to handle different tasks and assignments in a fast-paced environmentPay Range: $19-$23/hour
