About The Team

In this role, you will lead a team to own the subscription lifecycle for DashPass, including the systems and user experience around activating subscriptions, managing membership billing, and preventing churn. You’ll also own the underlying subscription platform to enable DashPass benefits for multiple product teams at DoorDash.
About The Role
At DashPass, our teams work at the intersection of product and infrastructure to solve key business problems with elegant technical solutions. You will be driving the technical vision and execution of the team while also leading the evolution of DashPass to be a world-class membership program. You will lead a team to build engineering systems that are reliable, highly available, and easily extensible. You will be asked to consider the big picture – collaborating cross-functionally and evaluating and executing on trade-offs to maximize business impact for the company.

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
