About The Role
We’re looking to hire an Inventory Management Specialist who will help reduce spoilage and ensure inventory levels are optimized for the DashMart business. The Specialist will work closely with many cross functional teams including Site Operations, Central Operations, and Category Management to support metrics reporting, execute processes that reduce spoilage risk, and help identify drivers of spoilage.

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

- Utilize tools such as Google Sheets to dive deep and bridge metrics, and determine appropriate action plans to meet business goals
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have strong ownership mentality
- Must have proficiency with spreadsheets
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Buying or Supply Chain preferred
