About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team in a high-visibility role focused on some of the largest investments across technology at DoorDash. As a key member of the Product Finance team, you will analyze our investments across autonomy and partner closely with the Labs team whose mission is to build and implement automation and robotics solutions to shape the future of last mile logistics.
As a Finance Manager, you will lead cross-functional collaboration with partners in finance, strategy, engineering, product, operations, accounting and procurement to manage new and existing initiatives across autonomy investments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, technical, and communication skills to influence data-driven business decisions and navigate trade-offs.

- Lead full P&L management for the Labs organization
- Conduct reviews with Labs leadership to assess budget performance and identify necessary trade-offs when expenses exceed projections
- Evaluate new and existing investment opportunities for products with autonomous technologies as well as partnerships with third party organizations
- Build unit economic models with a path to profitability for newer products being developed, along with market opportunity at scale
- Work closely with the Labs product and operations teams to understand progress being made on operational targets and / or any roadblocks being faced
- Partner with accounting on implementing capex policies for new assets

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
