We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the execution of highly engaging, innovative sports and entertainment events that fuel DoorDash’s growth across the U.S.
In this role, you’ll build and foster relationships with our most valued partners while activating both national and local soccer partnerships. You will create and execute integrated marketing campaigns and events designed to acquire customers, engage merchants, and elevate the DoorDash brand. These initiatives will help accelerate customer acquisition and loyalty across all DoorDash audiences.
This is an ideal role for a candidate who is passionate about sports, specifically soccer, and partnership marketing, with experience in strategy and execution. Our Brand Partnerships team is lean and fast-moving, meaning you’ll have immediate opportunities to take ownership and make a significant impact in an exciting, fast-growing space. Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- Managing DoorDash’s soccer partnership portfolio, including sponsor deliverables, planning, briefing, execution, and post-event recaps.
- Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Creative Studio) and external partners/agencies to deliver exceptional digital, social, and on-site experiences.
- Expanding DoorDash’s presence in U.S. soccer by creating best-in-class sports and entertainment campaigns that achieve business and brand goals for consumers, merchants, and dashers.
- 7 years of experience in sports and/or event marketing, with a proven track record in activation planning, on-site execution, and post-event reporting. Soccer partnership experience is required.
- Strong collaboration skills to navigate cross-functional teams, identify key stakeholders, and balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A growth mindset, adaptability, and resourcefulness, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
- A deep commitment to excellence, paying attention to the finest details to elevate overall experiences.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed, with up to 30% travel for live events.
