Our team is dedicated to making DoorDash a daily habit by helping customers easily discover and access everything their neighborhood has to offer. We own the core shopping and delivery experience, ensuring seamless discovery, ordering, and delivery.About The Role
As part of the Ordering Experience design team, you’ll work on key surfaces used by millions of customers daily. You’ll collaborate with teams across the core consumer organization to design and shape the future of the store, menu, and checkout experiences.

You are a designer with 3 years of work experience and a strong consumer experience portfolio showcasing your ability to maintain a high bar for craft at scale.You have a track record of leading new initiatives and delivering great designs in a team environment.You are a strong facilitator who enjoys collaborating across lots of different functions.You skillfully balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve simple and elegant solutions.You value high quality well-crafted visual design, and care about the details.Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
