Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- Problem-Solving at Scale: Solve complex problems related to product development, launch, and delivery, ensuring that operations run seamlessly.
- Exposure to Product Strategy: Gain a deep understanding of product strategy and contribute to how the product is delivered to the market.
- Ownership and Autonomy: Enjoy a role that offers a high degree of ownership, with the ability to projects end to end
- Customer-Centric Focus: You will get to work directly with our merchants to tie strategy to real world application, collect product feedback and test impact
- You have 2-5 years of working experience in roles such as but not limited to: startup/ restaurant tech/software strategy & operations, product management or banking, consulting
- You have experience building a strategy based on a combination of industry research and real world needs of your project/product’s users
- You are a flawless executor who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to the lowest level of detail to solve problems
- Your cross-functional partners love you. We are a small scrappy team which means that we work closely across teams and departments to reach our goals. You can communicate, collaborate and drive alignment across product, engineering, sales, onboarding support
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities and putting out fires - we are an early stage product and this will come with the territory
- You are analytical - your first instinct is to go deep in the data to solve our problems
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of business days is required
- Experience working closely with technical products is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google products and SQL are a plus
