This team is seeking additional team members to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s core categories, starting with enterprise restaurant and consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. The growing DoorDash ads business will quickly become the single best place for merchants and brands to market to local customers, in an ecosystem that benefits all parties.About The RoleAs Senior Associate, Sales Marketing, you will ideate and create scaled content to accelerate the Ad Sales teams and businesses across Restaurants and Consumer Package Goods (CPG). In this role, you will focus on the go-to-market and positioning of our highest-priority solutions, with an acute appreciation for the needs and context of Enterprise Advertisers. You will maintain collateral to empower partners to sell into key verticals and drive adoption of DoorDash’s Ads & Promotions offerings, such as pitch decks, demo videos, partner selling, and product guides. You will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Marketing in our Enterprise Ad Sales organization, and you will also work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product to innovate our future approach and solutions.You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…Have an understanding of B2B selling motions, and marketing levers that motivate buyersDrive product and feature adoption to ultimately grow advertiser value and sustainable revenue for DoorDashWork closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure goals are met - you will direct details and timelines towards specific project outcomes while motivating others to action in an ambiguous environmentRepresent advertiser needs to influence our Ads & Promos product roadmap and go-to-market strategyWe’re Excited About You Because…You’re a results-oriented content marketer with demonstrated experience managing high-impact projects or a salesperson with a knack for positioning and creating content.You are creative and collaborative and work well with teams to tackle challenging problems.You have 3-5 years of related content marketing, product marketing, sales, and / or sales enablement.You’re a skilled storyteller who can develop compelling, audience-specific content that explains complex, technical features in words that anyone can understand.You’ve created content in the past like eBooks, presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos, and / or how-to-guides.You prioritize tasks and make data-driven decisions to grow engagement and revenue.You can analyze data effectively using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.You are highly proficient in presentation design using tools such as Google Slides, Canva, and / or Adobe InDesign.You excel at proactive communication, managing and creating team processes in a project / deadline based environment.You have attention to detail and can effectively manage multiple, ongoing projects.CompensationThe successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
